There is Hope

This book, and it's Biblical wisdom and teaching, really changed my life. I grew in my relationship with the Lord as I began to finally understand the relationship between overeating (the sin of gluttony) and my relationship with the Lord. Life changing, and I did lose 30 pounds and have kept it off for several years I have even bought this book for others. I highly recommend this book for those that feel hopeless to overcome habits of overeating.

God's way not mine

I tried every diet out there at one time or another. Yet I continued to carry 70 extra pounds around. I was on blood pressure and cholesteral medication and really thought there was just no hope of ever being any different. But God has a different plan. God's plan is layed out on the pages of this book and will change your life if you will apply them. I am living proof. To date I have lost 64 pounds, but much more importantly, my walk with the Lord is so much stronger than it has ever been before. I am now a certified Biblical counselor and would recommend this as a book that will show you God's way to weight loss and show you along the way how to be more and more satiesfied in Him.
